At this time our services won’t change drastically. We’ve built our reputation on the service that we’ve offered our markets for decades. But as an organization that seeks to constantly evolve, we can’t rely on what we’ve always done, so we’ll constantly consider what services we could add to continue our commitment to “wowing at every opportunity”.
Will this affect my current orders?
This change will not affect any current or future orders. They will be fulfilled on time, on budget and to your complete satisfaction.
Will my buying program change?
Any programs you are currently enrolled in will not be affected. In fact, look for even more Banner Solutions advantages coming your way.
Will this affect my login information?
Yes. Your User Name will remain the same, but you will be required to update your password. Please follow the instructions the next time you log in to our site.
How will this affect customer service?
This change will affect customer service greatly – for the BETTER! We are committed to bringing you the BEST customer experience in the industry.
Is there anything I need to do because of this change?
Please let your Accounts Receivable know that invoices will now be coming from Banner Solutions. Other than updating your password for your online account, you should be good to go.
How will the new brand affect me as a customer?
With more resources, a larger support network and an elevated customer experience, we will soon become your preferred wholesaler of security openings.
What does the new logo represent?
As the foundation for our brand identity, the “B” monogram subtly alludes to key pins and expresses forward progress and raising the bar to reach the next level in our industry.
When can I expect to start seeing Banner Solutions on everything I receive?
After our official launch date of March 18, 2019.
Will the promotions remain the same?
Yes. Any promotions you are currently participating in will still be honored but will be updated to Banner Solutions. Future promotions will come from Banner Solutions.
Do I need to follow a new social media account?
We are migrating all of our social media accounts to Banner Solutions. If you are not following us on social media, look for Banner Solutions on Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram.
